Emma Millette, PT

Registered Physiotherapist
Emma Millette, PT

Emma’s passion for physical activity and fascination with human movement naturally led her to a career in physical therapy.

She enjoys working with individuals of all backgrounds as they recover from injury, helping them regain strength, confidence, and mobility.

Her previous experience as a certified personal trainer, where she worked with youth hockey players, sparked a special interest in acute and post-concussion care, as well as vestibular and balance rehabilitation. As a dedicated runner herself, Emma also has a keen interest in treating running-related injuries and guiding patients through safe and effective return-to-run programs.

Emma is committed to an evidence-based approach to care, integrating therapeutic exercise and manual therapy to support optimal recovery. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, believing that empowering individuals with knowledge about their condition and providing them with the tools to help them manage is key to long-term success.

Outside the clinic, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She looks forward to their yearly hiking/camping trips in the mountains and spending time at the family cabin.
