Starting Treatment & Coverage

  • How do I start Physical Therapy?

Physical Therapy is a direct access service in Saskatchewan. You simply need to contact the Humboldt Therapy Centre to make an appointment. Some insurance providers may require that the patient have a doctor’s referral in order to be re-imbursed for this service. The client therefore must contact their insurance provider to determine if this referral is necessary. Call us today for an appointment: (306)682-6610.

  • How do I pay for services?

Most insurance companies such as Blue Cross, Group Medical, Green Shield, DVA, Cooperators, Great West life, and many others provide coverage for physical therapy. Each client needs to contact their insurance provider to determine the coverage that they have and how they can be reimbursed for these services.
